1970s NFL Sideline Official jersey, made by Medalist Sand-Knit, with the St. Louis Cardinals inside tag. Cream mesh knit, black collar, button placket, NFL shield and "Sideline Official" printed on the chest. Officially licensed. We have never seen another one.
