This black graphic t-shirt references the infamous 2009 and 2010 Forbes rankings that listed Mexican cartel leader Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzmán as billionaire number 701 and the 60th most powerful person in the world. Produced as street tee and novelty apparel following widespread media coverage, the shirt features a stark portrait of Guzmán flanked by rifles alongside bold red typography. The construction features standard tubular heavy cotton with double-needle sleeve and hem stitching typical of 2010s casual blanks.
