This graphic t-shirt represents an iconic era of licensed NBA apparel produced by graphic specialist Liquid Blue in the 2002. The front showcases a fiercely illustrated caricature of Boston Celtics mascot Lucky the Leprechaun charging the parquet floor of the Boston Garden with championship banners in the rafters. Liquid Blue gained fame primarily for psychedelic rock merch, but their late-1990s/early-2000s sports licenses delivered distinctly dynamic, comic-inspired character treatments. Genuine team graphics from this licensing run have become sought-after crossover pieces among vintage basketball fans and streetwear enthusiasts.
