Hi. Hello. You've got time to waste and I'm here to waste it. Hi. Hello. I just realized I never recorded a thrift haul for Sunday and I got a bunch of stuff. My friend and fellow vintage reseller had a huge sale and we went and loaded up. And what's so funny is I got 21 items and my beloved husband also got exactly 21 items. Isn't that crazy? Uh, so I thought we should go play like blackjack that day, but we did not. This dress, [clears throat] it's it's giving like Lydia's in the best possible way. It doesn't have any tags. It was handmade. got to be 70s, maybe 80s. What do you think? But I love her. This like oranza layer. Crazy. Uh, this actually did not come from there, but I brought it upstairs at the same time. This wedding dress is super lightweight for as much as is going on. I kind of want to dye it a different color and keep it, but I'm also kind of contemplating uh like getting all of the wedding dresses together and doing like a bridal collection. Also, look, I haven't even gotten dressed yet today. I wanted to wear this dress and so I came upstairs to get it and I was like, "Oh, I never recorded that video." So, again, here we are.
Uh look at this. Is this not the cutest? It has those like Lily Pulitzer colors. It reminds me of Betsy Johnson. And um just an adjustable like cross back. This one is not storebought. This was definitely a handmade darling. And it's what I wanted to wear today, but I'm thinking it might actually not be warm enough. So, we'll see. [clears throat] Uh oh my gosh, this this dress. Maybe I'll bring this for tonight. So, we're going to Nashville today and we're going to go see our this band. Brand new tonight. I'm so excited. Our friend Nikki is with us. It's on an arrow zipper. So, I'm thinking 60s on this one. This embroidery uh is actually an applique. I think this clear thread. I know. Look at her little details. Oh my gosh. Wait, it has somebody's initials. [sighs and gasps] How sweet. That's so CUSS cool. Okay, I love her. No tags or anything there. Got this one. I need to try and speed it up. I got CUSS to do this morning. I got this one just because I really liked the tag. Jodie T. Little ' 80s darling builtin built. It's just so cute. I don't know why it reminds me of Growing Pains, that TV show. Uh, this one, this is just like my favorite little shirt dress style. I love like a fit and flare with the little buttons here. She's got good like moon buttons, too. CUSS love a moon button. I don't think that's what they're actually called. It's just what I call them.
Uh, oh man, this is like so good. Look at that skirt. Look at that bodice. There's even a matching belt. The collar. Get out of here. This one's made by Jane Martin. I love that font. Here's her matching belt. Then I got this cutie patootie skirt. She's Polly. She's pleated. She's made by Act Three. And if you tuned in for my Jonathan Logan video, you would know Act Three is a division of Jonathan Logan. Uh, this one, I actually thrifted this. It just got put in the pile emo. This one is so crazy because Jr. brought home something really similar. It's a wrap skirt the other day and we were so excited. I had never seen anything like it. And it is almost identical, but instead of buttons, they have like seashells. And April told me that she thinks these are from like a kit, like an at home embroidery kit, because she's seen other similar ones over the years, too. I just thought that was so cool. And it's I mean, this is a huge embroidery piece that would take hours and hours of work. I think it's amazing. I got this one. I was so excited. I got it for myself, but um it's a waterfall dress. I love a waterfall dress. It's a little too big in the pit to pit, though. I don't think that came from April either. I think that was thrifted. You may have already seen that one. If so, I'm sorry. This little cutie, I had washed them separately. I think this was also from the thrift store. [snorts] Uh, I'd washed them separately and they kind of ended up in with these. Look at this. I want to steal these sleeves and put them on something else. So CUSS good. This definitely came from April. It's a petiva. But I didn't care what it was. I need to harvest these sleeves.
All right, last stack. Oh my gosh, this little tiny babe. too cute. Uh, it's made by his for her. Don't envy his, wear it is their tagline. How cute is that? And then we got I love this material. Super lightweight, little 60s babe, some cute buttons, little band collar. I forget what this is called. I know. I even did a post on it, but sometimes I forget things cuz I'm a person. You didn't know. [laughter] We got this little cutie patootie here. I really love that pattern. She is the comfort coat per Sears 60s. And I paid 10 bucks a piece for everything that I got from April. [snorts and clears throat] So, not a bad haul at all. this pattern. It's that polynit. I love the belt. I love that it buttons. Again, the pattern. This one seems like she's probably around a medium. I really like it. Uh maybe I'll keep that one. We'll see. Who are you? Oh, just a nice little lightweight floral maxi skirt. Kind of a stretchy nice poly material. And it has a matching top, a little wrap top. And then this is a little halter top. And it has this matching skirt. And then we're done to just these last few items. You guys, I can never ever say no to a blue suede dress. It's just too darling. It's just too good. And then this one still had the tags, I think. No, no, this one I got because it had my name on it. And I like the little buttons. It's just It's just cute. And you, my darling, a little maxi skirt. Nice lightweight Polly. Oh, I'm such a fool. I thought that these pants were going to be my size and they don't even remotely go over my hips, but they are so cute. Look at this little tag. They're definitely children's jeans. They have to be. They're made by T. No, they're just juniors. They're a tag 56. That means nothing. They're like very low and my hipbones are significantly wider than they are. And then the last thing in this stack was these pants. which I also hoped were going to work for me, but they were far too short. And that's okay. And that's everything I got out of that thrift haul. Uh, see anything you like? Cuz it'll all be on whatnot at some point in the near future. And if I could ever get my wits about myself, I would post them on our website. But it just takes so long. It takes so long to do things. and I I don't have time to waste. Anyway, I love you. We are going to get ready and go to Nashville and see Brand new. And uh I'll check back in when I check back in. Love you. Goodbye.
